Meet Andrew, a Wealth Adviser at Thriving Wealth, who joined the team at the start of 2025, bringing with him a strong foundation in financial advice.

Since commencing in the financial services industry in 2017, Andrew has worked closely with a diverse range of clients, supporting individuals, couples and families through every stage of life.

Mentored by John Cachia, Andrew's approach extends beyond superannuation, insurance and investment advice. He believes the best financial outcomes come from combining strategic advice with behavioural coaching, helping clients build better financial habits, make confident decisions and stay accountable to achieving the life they truly want.

Andrew’s time at Thriving Wealth also marked the beginning of his Provisional Financial Year and officially becoming a Wealth Adviser in July 2026. Learning from some of the best advisers in the country has allowed him to gain invaluable knowledge, an experience that any aspiring adviser could dream about. He is incredibly grateful for.

With a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Economics and Finance, and a Master of Financial Planning, Andrew combines technical expertise with a people-first approach. He enjoys getting to know each client's unique circumstances and helping them build a clear pathway towards their goals and create financial certainty without sacrificing the moments that matter most.

Outside the office, Andrew values keeping physically fit and living holistically, whether it’s hitting the gym, getting in the pool or (talking about) playing golf. A passionate sports fan, you'll find him following the AFL, NFL and tennis throughout the year.

When he’s not working with clients, he’s looking after his chickens, putting the cafetiera on the stove, or perfecting his homemade pizza recipes (a nod to his Italian heritage). The team are waiting to see if his pizzas live up to the hype!
