Cancellation, Rescheduling and Late Payments Policy

We understand that sometimes unexpected things come up so please ensure you read and understand the following Cancellation, Rescheduling and Late Payments Policy for paid appointments with Thriving Wealth:

  • At least 24 hours' notice must be given to Reschedule a session (please use the link in your email and calendar reminders) - or your session will be forfeited as it cannot be offered to another client.

  • Each session may be rescheduled no more than TWO (2) times before it is forfeited.

  • Please do not simply Cancel a session (unless you're doing so with less than 24 hours notice and therefore forfeiting your session). 

  • Always Reschedule so we can ensure that we have the correct number of sessions booked for you.

  • Sessions cannot be split up - i.e. you cannot substitute a 60min session for 2x30min sessions. It's important to have ample time to thoroughly address whatever we are working on - this cannot be rushed.

  • Late/Missed Payments: In the event of missed or late payments, sessions will be paused until all payments have been brought up to date.
