A pro at juggling events, socials, and the complexities of business, Leah is always game to turn any gathering into an epic costume fiesta. She will, without a doubt, be the most colourful (wardrobe-wise) person in the room.

Her journey began back in 2011, leaping from styling the hairdressing scene to conquering the finance world. Since joining Thriving Wealth in late 2019, she has established herself as the ultimate "go-to guru," handpicked by John for her meticulous attention to detail.

In 2025, her dedication was officially recognised on the national stage when she was named the IFA Excellence Client Service Co-Ordinator of the Year. It was this award-winning commitment to service, combined with her top-tier organisational prowess, that made her promotion to Practice Manager a natural evolution. She now steers the ship, ensuring the team and business operate at elite standards.

Despite the new title, she remains a total chameleon. She doesn’t concern herself with hierarchy and is always ready to roll up her sleeves and assist the team whenever needed.

Off the Clock: She’s a hopeless Romantacy (romance/fantasy) fan at heart, with a love for all things mermaids and dragons. You’ll find her outside of work with her two little mischief-makers, showing them the ropes of life. She’s a lover of art and has a number of her hand-painted pieces around.

However, don't let the girly aura fool you, she's also a die-hard boxing enthusiast (likely inspired by the dramatic fight scenes in her favourite books), a hands-on home improvement maven, a yoga aficionado, and an adrenaline junkie tearing up the dirt trails on her family's farm. Teaching her little ones how to ride their bikes and shred the slopes on snowboards is high on her list of future thrills, that's the real adventure.
