Nic Cullia joined Thriving Wealth in 2025 as a young and ambitious individual and, in 2026, became an Associate Adviser dedicated to helping clients bring their financial plans to life. He is currently completing his final year of university, where he is dual-focusing on a major in Financial Planning and a minor in Accounting, building upon an existing Diploma of Business. Nic’s academic rigour and curiosity drive him to constantly deepen his understanding of the financial services industry, ensuring he provides the most up-to-date support for our clients.

Nic is deeply passionate about the "why" behind financial planning—specifically, the ability to create long-term security and meaningful impact for the people he serves. He thrives on the opportunity to develop actionable skills that turn complex goals into reality, making him an invaluable support to both our senior advisers and our client base.

When he isn’t diving into financial strategies or university coursework, Nic is a devoted soccer fan. Whether he’s competing on the court in a game of indoor soccer or cheering from the sidelines, his competitive spirit is a core part of who he is. To unwind, Nic loves exploring the local music scene and immersing himself in the energy of music festivals, always seeking out new sounds and cultural experiences.
